Overview

Momentum is a weekly program designed to promote well-being in mind, body, and spirit through gentle, seated movement to music. Each session combines Scripture, prayer, and uplifting Christian music with easy-to-follow movements. It’s a time to focus on God, enjoy the company of others, and experience the joy of moving together in a supportive environment.

What to Expect

  • Gentle, Seated Movement – All exercises are low-impact and can be adapted to your own pace and comfort level.

  • Music & Worship – Each session features Christian songs and familiar hymns to inspire and encourage.

  • Bible-Centred Themes – Every week focuses on a specific truth from God’s Word, such as hope, God’s promises, or finding life’s rhythm.

  • Prayer & Reflection – Time is given for prayer and thanksgiving, allowing participants to be refreshed spiritually.

  • Welcoming Atmosphere – Chairs are arranged in a circle to foster connection, and everyone is encouraged to join in as they are able.
